Regional Homeplans is a full service residential design firm that specializes in designing structurally engineered custom home plans. Through advancements in technology we are able to offer our custom home design services affordably and quickly all across the country. Our design team will work with you to ensure that you get everything you want in your new home. By using our custom design services you can save thousands of dollars over hiring an architect to create a set of custom home plans. All of our plans are designed by AIBD professional designers and are structurally designed, engineered, and stamped by a state-certified structural engineer.

In addition to our custom home plan design services, we also offer a unique collection of client inspired stock house plans. Through this collection we strive to eliminate the hassle that is typically associated with purchasing stock home plans. Depending on the area that you are building in, or the builder that you use, you may have to have your plans stamped by a structural engineer. That is why our construction house plan packages include one or more sets of plans that are stamped and certified by a structural engineer (Available in 27 states. Please see pricing page for more details.) It could cost thousands of dollars to get a set of similar plans, purchased from one of our competitors, stamped by state-certified structural engineer.
