Our AIBD certified design team will work with you to ensure you get every thing you want in your new home. By using our design services you can save thousands of dollars over hiring an architect to create a set of custom plans.

The Process
Our process is simple, and our customers are often amazed at how quickly we can turnaround a set of custom designed home plans. They’re even more surprised when they learn that it doesn’t have to cost 5-7% of the home price to have a set of custom plans designed. Our process is broken down into what we call the five step approach.
The Five Step Approach
Complete online questionnaire: We start by asking you to fill out our online questionnaire that asks you to answer some general and specific questions. This allows you to describe exactly what you want in your new home.
Review information: After we review the information that you have submitted one of our design consultants will contact you to discuss your project in more detail. The purpose of this discussion is to ensure that we understand exactly what you are looking for in your new home.
Create Preliminary Designs: After we discuss the project with you we will design a set of preliminary drawings which will include all floor plans. Once these drawings are complete we will contact you again to discuss any changes.
Elevation and Foundation Plans: Upon your approval of the preliminary designs we will create the foundation plan and all elevations. Once these are completed we will contact you again to discuss those designs and talk about any changes that need to be made.
Create Working Drawings: Upon approval of the elevation and foundation plans we will create the working drawings for your new custom home. You will receive completed construction documents that are engineered and stamped within four weeks (from the time we start the working drawings).

The cost for our custom design services is based on square footage, and on average will cost approximately $1,500-$8,000.
