We offer several packages that have been designed to suit the various needs of our customers. To get started, order the plan package that best fits your particular situation.
Study Set: (2)11x17 copies at 1/8” scale
If you’re looking for just a little more information on a particular plan, then our Study Set is a minimal investment. This package includes two 11x17 copies of the floor plans and elevations at 1/8” scale. The level of detail on each plan is similar to the images on our web site, only the study set is to scale.
Note: These drawings are stamped “Not for Construction” and are not to be copied, changed or re-drawn from.
5 Set Construction: (5) Full-size sets at 1/4” scale
This five set package contains final drawings ready for construction. All floor plans, foundation, roof plan and exterior elevations are fully noted, dimensioned and structurally engineered with details, typical wall sections and/or building sections. Two of the five sets will be stamped by our structural engineer. Five sets of drawings is the minimum amount one would need to get building permits and construct from. If you are planning to bid the project out to several contractors our Deluxe package would be more adequate.

9 Set Deluxe: (9) Full-size sets at 1/4” scale
This nine set package contains final drawings ready for construction. All floor plans, foundation, roof plan and exterior elevations are fully noted, dimensioned and structurally engineered with details, typical wall sections and/or building sections. Two of the nine sets will be stamped by our structural engineer. Additional sets can be purchased if needed. Also, additional stamped sets can be purchased (see pricing page)
Note: These plans are permitted to only be built from one time and are NOT to be copied, changed or re-drawn from.
This package contains the same level of detailing and engineering as our standard set and is ready for construction. The major difference is our consent to allow the owner or builder to copy, change or build from as desired. One set is printed on erasable vellum for hand-drawn changes and one set is a hard copy stamped by our structural engineer.
Note: Due to our consent for the owner or builder to make their own changes to the plans Regional Homeplans is NOT responsible for the structural engineering issues related to owner or builder changes.
This package is the digital version of our “Reproducible +1” package. In exchange for erasable vellum, all of the drawings will be in a DWG AutoCad 2002 file format. This format allows the owner or builder the ability to make faster or large scale changes to the plans. One hard copy stamped by our engineer is also included.
